Klubi Sportiv Lushnja is an Albanian football (soccer) club based in Lushnjë. Their home ground is "Abdurrahman Roza Haxhiu Stadium" (11,000 seats), named for Abdurrahman Roza Haxhiu.
Founded in 1926, in 1945 they changed the name into KS Traktori Lushnja, in 1950 into SK Lushnja, in 1951 Puna Lushnja, in 1958 they returned into KS Traktori Lushnja and in 1991 the club was named KS Lushnja.
In 1948 they participated for the first time in the Albanian Superliga. The club won the Albanian First Division five times (1960, 1982, 1988, 1990, 1996) so far.
Mario Kempes made his full time coaching debut in Albania with a brief spell with KS Lushnja. It was groundbreaking, as he became the first foreign coach who signed a foreign player for the first time in Albanian soccer history. His career in Albania came to a quick end in 1997. He is one of the most famous foreign managers or even footballers to ever work in Albania.
In the season of 2007/08 the team played in the Albanian First Division. A third place was enough to ensure a playoff match for promotion against Kastrioti Krujë. Lushnja won the game after penalties and the promotion to the Albanian Superliga was secured.
